D&K did an outstanding job servicing my truck in a pinch. It was the day before Thanksgiving when my truck developed a coolant leak and we had plans to travel for the holiday. Tried to fix it myself, but just couldn’t get access to the leak location. Called the dealership and three other shops and nobody could get me in until after Thanksgiving. Called D&K, and they were also full, but when I explained my desperate situation regarding Thanksgiving, they made a way to fit me in and fixed it by the end of the day! Great service!

I had a horrible experience with this company Beware of Ashly at the front desk. I went to get my sun roof fixed and a sensor light was on. Ashly stated it would be $225. I questioned the Diagnostic but Ashly said not to worry. I asked will the diagnostic come off the repair. She said yes. Well. I paid the $896. Did not get the sunroof fixed. I went home and realized. I did not get the diagnostic credited back. I had the work done as she said. Ashly stated she never said I would not have to worry about the diagnostic and she stands by her lie. Out $225. No sun roof fixed. Oh yes though my sensor light is now off. They sent my car somewhere else. That broke my sunroof even more. I had to go get my car back. Terrible experience. Dont go there over priced and horrible customer service.
