The staff at D&K are courteous, pleasant and actually communicate with their customers. My first experience with Justin and Mike was positive so now I am spreading the news to family members. I recently had the D&K team service the family's Chevy Tahoe for a number of problems. The team exceeded our expectations in how quickly they made the repairs. I recommend D&K to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy service facility. The vehicle inspection reports are an welcomed benefit.

I had a phone call with Mike who helped me without making an appointment.

From the phone call to make appointment to paying for my oil change, the guys were friendly and professional. I even got lost and had to call to ask which way on Lone Tree do I go. I was late and frustrated and they were helpful. I appreciated them being honest in telling me it could take an hour or more. It wasn’t as long as he told me but normally I’m told “ oh it’s less than an hour” and then I’m wondering what’s taking so long when my car isn’t ready. I like the way D&K showed me the things on my car that were good, needed looking at and needed repair now. They even email it to you. Very nice and clean inside. I recommend D&K for a good auto repair experience.
