Thorough inspection before you get a printed out document of the problems and the labor and costs. This way you know what you are dealing with and give them the permission to do the job.

I am new to the area and checked around a few places before coming to D&K and I will now call them my auto service place from here on out. RJ was very knowlegable and his customer services skills are great. I was in and out in a couple hours as promised and the cost is very reasonable. They made me feel like i was part of the family not part of the problem. I will return to them first when I have any problem or questions about my car. What a Great Company.
