I'm very pleased with the customer service I received and the work done on my car. I feel more secure after they performed a maintenance check and also more comfortable driving my car, especially now that I have A/C once again. I will be back!

I don't want to be taken advantage of because I am female, so I feel at a disadvantage when it comes to car repair. I expressed my serious concerns to Doug even to the point where I told him I didn't know him, so how could I trust him to do the right thing with my car (i.e., tell me I needed to spend money on things I didn't)? Doug was thorough in explaining about what he would do & what I needed. He didn't push & he let me decide either way. Apparently, he comes highly recommended. I needed some work done & he took care of it for me in a very timely manner (as soon as I actually made a decision..) The best part was I was treated with respect & I appreciated that on all levels.

It was great. Took it in, and 30 min later took it out. No problems(:
