They accurately diagnosed problems over the phone, while I was on a cross-country trip; the Toyota dealership couldn't even figure out what was wrong! Very professional and honest

I recently purchased a Prius not knowing too much information about the vehicle. How gas prices are going I wanted a commuter. I brought the Prius to D&K to get it further inspected to make sure i made a good choice. Justino at the front desk helped me so much explained a lot about the vehicle I did not know and also mentioned a important fact that these cars are targets for their Catalytic Converter. So Justino recommended I get a Catalytic converter shield installed to help deter thieves. So glad I came to D&K they will be my number 1 shop I bring my vehicles too.
