It’s nice to find a shop that makes you feel welcome when you walk in. My son needed some diagnostics on a car he purchased and initially there was no charge, but we brought it back a few days later. The staff (thanks Bill) explained the troubleshooting process and called/text with findings and approvals for next steps. I truly appreciate the communication. My son’s vehicle was returned same day with a full printout of recommended maintenance going forward. Thank you for everything Justin A.

As always, D&K exceeded my expectations. Nothing was really wrong with my car--and they told me so. But my tires needed to be replaced. Do they do tires? No. Bill then coordinated with Big O to get new tires put on my car with just a simple phone call from me. They handled drop off and pick up around the maintenance they were doing. What a gift at this busy time of year! Plus I know I can TRUST D&K. They never sell me what I don't need. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, trustworthy. Been going there for 15 years and two cars. I think I'll keep going! I've never had bad service. Bill helped me this time and he was great.
