Antioch Auto Repair

I don't want to be taken advantage of because I am female, so I feel at a disadvantage when it comes to car repair. I expressed my serious concerns to Doug even to the point where I told him I didn't know him, so how could I trust him to do the right thing with my car (i.e., tell me I needed to spend money on things I didn't)? Doug was thorough in explaining about what he would do & what I needed. He didn't push & he let me decide either way. Apparently, he comes highly recommended. I needed some work done & he took care of it for me in a very timely manner (as soon as I actually made a decision..) The best part was I was treated with respect & I appreciated that on all levels.

It was great. Took it in, and 30 min later took it out. No problems(:

This is my first time using D&K to give a once over to a used Passat we bought for our son. The staff at D&K was very polite and helpful. They checked out the car on Friday and let me know everything that they found, what each item would cost and which items they recomended be done now. The big issue was the timing belt. They asked if I could find out wether or not it had been replaced, if not they would recommend replacing it. A new timing belt was 900.00 so I wanted to be sure before spending the money. D&K was able after further investigation to discover that the belt didnt' need to be replaced until 105K miles. Because they took the time to check into it further, they saved me 900.00. The remaining items were completed on time and for the agreed amount, no hidden fees!!Thanks D&K

My experience with D & K Auto was a Blessing! The immdiate concern from the technician's upon entry to their shop was remarkable! After hearing my horror stories from prior experiences and explaining my current cituation to my surprise they solve my problem by five a clock that day! I was the ne running late and they even gave me a courtsey and waited for me to pick my vehicle up. Talk about excellent customer service, D& K GOT IT! THANX FOR ALL YOUR HARDWORK & UNDERSTANDING! I'm happy with the work done in my car, a job well done.

My 2002 Explorer has almost 185,000 miles on it. Every time I have had to take it in for service, these guys are honest, reasonably priced, and deliver on their promises.

I must say, I was a bit skeptical at first taking my car into be repaired, as most people are. I had never been to, nor known anyone that had gone to D&K. But I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, fast, honest, and reliable D&K proved to be. They repaired my car at the rate they had estimated, in a faster time frame than thought, and even took extra care to check on a couple other aspects to make sure I was safe on the road.I will definitely bring my vehicle back to D&K in the future, and tell my friends & family about their great service.Thank you D&KSincerely,Niki J
