This place was amazing they were family-orientated they were respectful knowledgeable of my vehicle they picked me up and they brought me home during my inspection of inspecting my vehicle I was dropping I had my car dropped off at 9:30 a.m. I was back in my vehicle by 12 noon very very pleased with their customer service

The Team @ D&K Automotive took a frustrating situation and made it as painless as possible, handling it as expediently and effortlessly (on my part) as possible. Mike in Service handled getting a tow truck to my location quickly while calming my frustrations with the situation almost effortlessly, while RJ arranged for transportation and Justin handled the repairs with a clear understanding of my needs. Justin is very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date with all there finding with my car very responsive and did a great job service. I will be coming back. I highly recommend this place.

The nearest Mercedes dealership to fix my smart car is 70 miles away, so finding mechanic that knows this particular car is difficult. Thermostat failed, took it D&K, finally a technician that knows where the battery is located, Justin and Mike make you feel like comfortable, basically excellent customer service Thank You
