This was the second time I have used D&K. They keep you informed and with their new system, I could see the parts they were referring to in the report. I knew ahead of time, what needed to be done with my brakes. But thanks to their inspection, I was able to save some by not replacing parts, I thought needed replacing. Good thing, since they found another issue that a shop my truck had been in for a Wheel Alignment, eight months ago didn't mention. Which really should have shown up at that time. Thanks Justin and Jesus for taking great care of my Avalanche.

Honestos y muy atentos con los clientes, yo definitivamente recomiendo D&K a todas las personas que no sabemos nada de mechanic, ellos son de confianza, y hacen su trabajo bien hecho, claro todo con garantia. Un poquito caro en la mano de obra pero creanme.... vale la pena ir con ellos. Gracias a todos los de D&K por todo. 🙂

My experience with this organization was incredible! I've had many mechanical Shops look at my vehicles and I've been taken for more than just a ride. These people were a front straight to the point and only prescribe what I need it did not try and take advantage of me at all. I would say that the person who gave me the service should be in their Hall of Fame. If they don't have a Hall of Fame, then they should build one and he should be the first inductee. I'm sure based on what I observe there, the rest of the staff would soon be inducted also. Great service dependable and honest!

They have the Best Customer Service Deptartment ! Justin is excellent! He always answers the phone professionally and takes care of his customers! I have found a great auto repair service that I trust and highly recommend them!
