I'd like to rate D&K with a higher rating than is allowed..... their customer service can't be beat. As a fairly new customer, I hoped that I would be happy here, but you can't be sure until the emergency comes up. They stepped up to the plate servicing me and making me feel comfortable with what was happening. On the first day I was there, I was impressed with the organization, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff.......my first impression has only gotten better. Thanks D&K for great service and taking good care of my car.

Thorough inspection before you get a printed out document of the problems and the labor and costs. This way you know what you are dealing with and give them the permission to do the job.
