Professional, competent and fair...

I was very pleased with my experience. I purchased a used Toyota and wanted to get a post purchase inspection and make sure everything was in tip top shape. I first called Antioch Toyota service department. The phone just rang for several minutes and no one answered. I'm actually glad they didn't answer! Hopped on Google to find a local Toyota repair shop and D&K popped up closer to me than the dealer. I called them to ask a couple questions about the service and pricing and setup an appointment for the follow morning. Came in on time, had a small wait, proper social distancing environment. Everyone I spoke to were very professional with a positive tone. Received a text & email a couple hours later with a full online inspection report that included several photos which I wasn't expecting and very happy they provided. Received a call a few minutes later from D&K reviewing what they found, stored codes and health of the vehicle. Overall the car purchase was solid and so was my experience with D&K. Would absolutely recommend to others and will be using over the dealer in the future.
