Thorough inspection before you get a printed out document of the problems and the labor and costs. This way you know what you are dealing with and give them the permission to do the job.

I am new to the area and checked around a few places before coming to D&K and I will now call them my auto service place from here on out. RJ was very knowlegable and his customer services skills are great. I was in and out in a couple hours as promised and the cost is very reasonable. They made me feel like i was part of the family not part of the problem. I will return to them first when I have any problem or questions about my car. What a Great Company.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I wasn't entirely happy with my long time mechanic, and decided to explore new options when my starter recently went out. From the knowledgeable customer support and shuttle services, to the most thorough inspection ever, they far exceeded my expectations.
