Personnel is cautious and willing to listen to your car problems. I was of the opinion that my car's air conditional needed to be recharged. however, I was informed that if it is still cooling there was no need to recharge the system. thanks for diagnosing my car problems and advising what need to be done and cost before proceeding with the repair. they are a great company to work with
