I took my Ford Explorer to D&K because it wasn't running right. I was expecting to pay a lot because I didn't know what the problem was. Turns out that the transmission needed to be flushed. Another shop could have taken advantage of me, but D&K took care of the problem without charging me for unnecessary work! Thank you D&K!
